I can’t fault the love and care Hylton have given to my boy Patch! I’ve picked him up today after a week, can’t believe how happy and bright he looks! Yet he doesn’t normally fair well in kennels. To see pictures and quick response messages is a bonus, puts ones mind at rest. I would highly recommend HHH! Keep up the good work.

Our dog stayed here last week and I was so pleased with the care that Oscar received and when ever I messaged to see how he was getting on I always had a reply straight away and it was lovely to see some photo’s of him. Our gorgeous and lively Torben spent almost 3 months at Hylton Hounds Hotel, long-term boarding before he flew to meet us in New Zealand. We couldn’t have asked for more supportive and caring staff, the communication was brilliant, and they really went above and beyond to care for our boy. This particular stay we were severely delayed coming home, I emailed them to explain and within minutes we received a reply to say that she was fine to stay another night, this really helped and was one less thing to panic about. I left Annie for a long weekend over the bank holiday. It was her first time in kennels for several years. I was delighted to be able to see her photos on facebook; so reassuring to see her happy! My 2 dogs have just returned from an 8 night stay at the Hylton Hound Hotel. First time they have been boarded. I was so happy that I had regular updates and photos via the Facebook page during my holiday. Really gave me peace of mind as I was a bit a worried about leaving them. Picked them up today. The dogs were really relaxed and happy and looked great. Obviously no issues with them eating. Loved the photos sent to me of them having fun in the field with the staff. Had lovely feedback that the staff had enjoyed having them and how good they had been. We all know that there is no place like home for your dog. But finding the next best thing is what we found here. My 2 dogs had adjoining kennels so they didn’t miss each other. I’m not at all worried about my next holiday now as I know my 2 will be well cared for why I’m away. Storm & Archie will see you all next year.
